Undergraduate Advising
The Program on the Environment's undergraduate advisers are available to answer questions about the Environmental Studies Major and Environmental Studies Minor in-person, phone, or e-mail. We encourage prospective and current students to contact us, so that we can help you map out a plan of study which allows you to achieve your academic and professional goals.
An advising appointment should be made when declaring the environmental studies major or other minors, filling out a graduation application and other times when you want to talk to an adviser.
Schedule an Advising Appointment
To schedule an in-person advising appointment, please:
- Find a time on the adviser schedule not already listed as busy between 8-5, Monday - Friday that fits your schedule
- E-mail poeadv@uw.edu to request an appointment with: adviser name, day and time of the appointment request. Appointments are 30 minutes unless you request a longer appointment.
- Please allow at least 24 business hours for an e-mail response
- For same-day appointments: call an adviser for availability
